True North has two coaches, Guy and Sasha, who are both passionate about helping members realize their dreams. Collectively they have over 35 years of personal training experience and carry degrees, certifications, as well as qualifications specific to their specialties.
True North’s smaller gym allows for a closer community and sense of collaboration between members and coaches alike. This community is what makes our gym a truly special place to train, and our members often sign up for races and events together, forming friendships that extend beyond the four walls!
We offer members a variety of training options: anything from semi-private training to metabolic and kettlebell classes.
