SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING

At True North, our goal-based training programs are practiced under the watchful eye of our professional coaches with a maximum of six members per coach. Each member receives instruction, correction, and modifications specific to their own goals and abilities but by utilizing the semi-private system it’s far easier to successfully complete two or more sessions per week on a consistent basis – and an added bonus is the community of support that comes along with it!

METABOLIC CLASSES

Our metabolic conditioning classes are different from a regular training session because they burn calories, ramp up your metabolism and increase your overall fitness all at once through a mixture of metabolic resistance exercises and high tempo aerobic work. They are run in a closed facility (no other sessions will be happening at the same time) and the format/structure/exercise selection varies weekly. Want some “specific variety”? Give one a try!
