SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING

At True North, our individualized training programs are practiced in under the watchful eye of our professional coaches with a maximum of 4 members to each coach. Each member receives instruction, correction and modifications specific to their own goals and abilities but by utilizing the semi-private system it’s far easier to successfully complete two or more sessions per week on a consistent basis – and an added bonus is the community of support that comes along with it!

METABOLIC CLASSES

Our metabolic conditioning classes are different from a regular training session because they burn calories, ramp up your metabolism and increase your overall fitness all at once through a mixture of metabolic resistance exercises and high tempo aerobic work. They are run in a closed facility (no other sessions will be happening at the same time) and the format/structure/exercise selection varies weekly. Want some “specific variety”? Give one a try!

KETTLEBELL CLASSES

Our hardstyle kettlebell classes are led by StrongFirst certified kettlebell instructors and are ideal both for newcomers to the kettlebell as well as those with experience looking to refine and perfect their technique. With proper coaching, kettlebells are a “multi-tool” that can help increase strength, endurance and fat loss. Participants can expect to learn the get-up, swing, squat, clean, press, snatch and more. Classes are suitable for all levels, but you must complete the “Introduction to Kettlebell” workshop prior to starting.
