Our VIRTUAL membership is the perfect option. Choose from either our goal-based programs, we have a goal for “every body”, or upgrade to the customized version, and work with us from anywhere in the world.

Who’s our VIRTUAL membership right for?

We offer training programs for every level of lifter from novice, beginner, intermediate, to advanced. Our programs are designed based on the tried and true systems we use with our in-person members to deliver not only great workouts but great results. Whether you’re an athlete working towards a personal best, or an individual just trying to be the strongest, healthiest version of you, we have a training program for that.

What’s the difference between goal-based and customized programs?

All Goal-Based Programs Include:

  • A subscription to the training program through our customized “True North” Trainerize app. This is where you’ll access your training plan, calendar, workouts, and video demonstrations of exercises.
  • Online access to the True North video library. Here is where you’ll find more in-depth coaching videos breaking down specific movement patterns and/or exercises.
  • True North Training Manual. Our comprehensive manual has EVERYTHING you need to know to successfully navigate your training program in an easy-to-understand format. (Keep it close as you’ll refer back to it often).

All Customized Program Include:

  • A subscription to the training program through our customized “True North” Trainerize app. This is where you’ll access your training plan, calendar, workouts, video demonstrations of exercises, and message your coach.
  • Online access to the True North video library. Here is where you’ll find more in-depth coaching videos breaking down specific movement patterns and/or exercises.
  • True North Training Manual. Our comprehensive manual has EVERYTHING you need to know to successfully navigate your training program in an easy-to-understand format. (Keep it close as you’ll refer back to it often).
  • Individual customizations based on your training and health history, including any past injuries, as well as, a discussion of your specific training goals.
  • Up to four 15-minute distance coaching communications per month including but not limited to email, phone, video conferencing, etc.
  • Workout accountability through scheduled weekly training sessions.
