In part three of our series, we discuss what’s included in your VIRTUAL membership to help you successfully navigate your training program and support you on the journey to your training goal.
All Goal-Based Programs Include:
• A subscription to the training program through our customized “True North” Trainerize app. This is where you’ll access your training plan, calendar, workouts, and video demonstrations of exercises.
• Online access to the True North video library. Here is where you’ll find more in-depth coaching videos breaking down specific movement patterns and/or exercises.
For example, still learning the basics of the deadlift (aka hinge) or looking for a few extra tips to tighten up your form, check out this video from our library (password is TNSSEP2019) to see the types of coaching content you’ll have access to.
• True North Training Manual. Our comprehensive manual has EVERYTHING you need to know to successfully navigate your training program in an easy-to-understand format. (Keep it close as you’ll refer back to it often).

• Individual customizations based on your training and health history, including any past injuries, as well as, a discussion of your specific training goals.
• Up to four 15-minute distance coaching communications per month including but not limited to email, phone, video conferencing, etc. Times are offered weekly and easy to schedule using our online scheduler.
• Workout accountability through scheduled weekly training sessions.
